The water treatment and the used components are fundamental to manufacture a machine with high washing quality and at the same time with the lowest possible water consumption.
Our systems for water treatment are built with high quality components and with the most modern techniques. Our strengths are :
- Total recovery of waste water from osmotic membrane . The osmotic membrane produces osmotic water, called “permeate”,
but it produces also at least the double quantity of waste water, called “concentrate”.
Concentrate is recovered and stocked in a tank and then reintroduced in the piping system and used for all washing phases, except the final rinse and the polish.
- Osmosis production.Our system of osmosis production takes place by means of high producing membranes 4”.
In order to prevent the entirety of the membranes as long as it is possible, the system is equipped with flushing, that allows to enter clean water in the membranes after their production cycle.
The system is provided with flowmeters to check production, valves, manometers for its regulation
- Relaunch pumps (optional). In case the storage tanks are underground, the relaunched pumps installed on the machine are centrifugal with stainless steel impellers.
In case the storage tanks are on the ground , the relaunched pumps installed on the machine are submerged pump in stainless steel
- Emergency refill. In case of any anomaly in the system, that produces osmosis, or water shortages in the storage tanks of permeate and concentrate, the machine starts up automatically
electrovales that take out water after the softner and reenter it in the tank.
Through this system we can guarantee the work of the machine even if the system of osmosis production is damaged.
Electrical system
Thank to the experience gained over the years and the different systems used in North European countries, we have found that the best method to protect the technology from frost, is to create a continuous leak of water that comes out from the lance when temperature goes minus 0°C.
This system would have a large and unnecessary consumption of water, for this reason we have developed a system with closed circuit water recovery, avoiding in this way waste of water.
INVERTER control CAN-OPEN system (optional)
The “BUS” installed on our technology is called CAN-OPEN. This "BUS" is used only for the control of the inverters that drive the high-pressure pump motors.
By means of this BUS it is possible to check at any time the pressures delivered by the pump, while by means of TOUCH SCREEN panel installed on the main electrical board it is possible to change
directly the pressures of the pumps without having to act mechanically on the by-pass valves.
