SELF-SERVICE MULTI-BAYS

The water treatment and the used components are fundamental to manufacture a machine with high washing quality and at the same time with the lowest possible water consumption. Our systems for water treatment are built with high quality components and with the most modern techniques. Our strengths are :

  • Total recovery of waste water from osmotic membrane . The osmotic membrane produces osmotic water, called “permeate”, but it produces also at least the double quantity of waste water, called “concentrate”.
    Concentrate is recovered and stocked in a tank and then reintroduced in the piping system and used for all washing phases, except the final rinse and the polish.
  • Osmosis production.Our system of osmosis production takes place by means of high producing membranes 4”. In order to prevent the entirety of the membranes as long as it is possible, the system is equipped with flushing, that allows to enter clean water in the membranes after their production cycle.
    The system is provided with flowmeters to check production, valves, manometers for its regulation
  • Relaunch pumps (optional). In case the storage tanks are underground, the relaunched pumps installed on the machine are centrifugal with stainless steel impellers. In case the storage tanks are on the ground , the relaunched pumps installed on the machine are submerged pump in stainless steel
  • Emergency refill. In case of any anomaly in the system, that produces osmosis, or water shortages in the storage tanks of permeate and concentrate, the machine starts up automatically electrovales that take out water after the softner and reenter it in the tank.
    Through this system we can guarantee the work of the machine even if the system of osmosis production is damaged.

Electrical system


Thank to the experience gained over the years and the different systems used in North European countries, we have found that the best method to protect the technology from frost, is to create a continuous leak of water that comes out from the lance when temperature goes minus 0°C. This system would have a large and unnecessary consumption of water, for this reason we have developed a system with closed circuit water recovery, avoiding in this way waste of water.

INVERTER control CAN-OPEN system (optional) The “BUS” installed on our technology is called CAN-OPEN. This "BUS" is used only for the control of the inverters that drive the high-pressure pump motors. By means of this BUS it is possible to check at any time the pressures delivered by the pump, while by means of TOUCH SCREEN panel installed on the main electrical board it is possible to change directly the pressures of the pumps without having to act mechanically on the by-pass valves.

 

High pressure pumps groups



  • Feeding electrovales The electrovalves that feed the pressurization groups are membrane, and each valve is protected by filters and non-return valves in stainless steel.
    Available as optional electrovalves with pneumatic actuators in stainless steel.
  • Pumps The machine is equipped with pumps 15 lt/min 200 bar and manufactured to work together with a motor 1450’/min. The seals have been specially produced to work with chemical products and hot water
  • Inverter (optional) to control motors of high pressure pumps In some washing phases as shampoo, wax or polish, it is suggested to reduce the used pressure in order to avoid wastes of products and the spray effect of chemical products in the environment. We use INVERTER to control the motor rotation. This system allows us to adjust all pressures in each single washing phase. The adjustments are made through a TOUCH SCREEN panel installed in the front door of the electrical board, without any mechanical intervention on the valve.
    Furthermore INVERTER allow to manage the ramps of the motors (acceleration and deceleration) so to make it easier to use the lance and to avoid the risk that the pressure at the end of service time fails suddenly causing the fall of the tip of the lance on the car.
  • Function of by-pass valve and lances Unlike others, our system allows to have the gun closed and at rest while the washing bay is at work without any water leakage that is not wanted by the lance. When the engine stops the lance becomes automatically loser to allow water leakage during winter.

OPERATOR TOUCH SCREEN PANEL: The machine can be managed by the operator through a modern touch screen panel 5,7”.
You can surf on different menu to manage the machine and get email on your PC or table about damages or incomes.

Washing phases


  • WHEEL WASHER(optional). Detergent mixed in cold CONCENTRATE dispensed at Concentrate pump pressure.
    This PHASE is normally used before PHASE 1 Prewashing. The chemical product is dispensed pure through a special dosing pump and injected directly at the entrance at the swivel arm. The wheel washer circuit doesn’t need to be discharged during winter season.
    This system allows to have the chemical product immediately at disposal without waiting the pipes filling.
  • PREWASH Detergent mixed in cold CONCENTRATE solution dispensed at 15/100 bar adjustable.
    Dispensing detergent in low pressure enables a good distribution all over vehicle surfaces, improves cleaning efficiency, avoids any waste of water and detergents
  • BRUSH (optional) Detergent mixed in cold CONCENTRATE solution dispensed through a brush at Concentrate pump pressure.
    Useful to improve Prewashing with soft anti-scratch bristles Brush.
  • WASHING High pressure washing with hot CONCENTRATE at 90/100bar adjustable. CONCENTRATE improves water impact performances on vehicle surfaces with faster and better cleaning results.
    CONCENTRATE is scale-free, contains all minerals removed by Reverse Osmosis membrane resulting in HARD water ideal for high pressure washing
  • WAXINGWax mixed in cold CONCENTRATE solution dispensed at 15/100bar adjustable. As per Prewashing, dispensing wax in low pressure enables a good distribution all over vehicle's surfaces' avoiding waste of water and wax. Polishes vehicles, enables fast drying, prevents dust and smog to damage varnish.
  • FINAL RINSE High pressure final rinsing with cold PERMEATE at 90/100bar adjustable. Ideal for high quality Self-Service washing systems, washes out wax residuals, grants very fast vehicles drying without leaving water spots making useless any other drying tool as i.e. chamois leathers, clothes or paper sheets
  • POLISH (optional) Polishing program. Detergent mixed in cold CONCENTRATE solution dispensed at 15/100 bar adjustable. Dispensing detergent in low pressure enables a good distribution all over vehicle surfaces, and it avoids any waste. This chemical product protects and polish the surface of the vehicle, favors a fast drying, it prevents dirt and smog to adhere to and damage the paint and makes particularly polish the vehicle’s surface.
